Cancellation Policy

Goa Accommodation believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
  • Cancellation Policy for booking on Goa Accommodation is subject to the Cancellation Policy of the concerned hotel. All guests are requested to ask for the cancellation policy of the hotel via mail.
  • Cancellation policy for special offers / promotions may vary from the standard hotel cancellation policy.
  • There will be a Goa Accommodation service fee of Rs. 250, for cancellations over and above the hotel's cancellation charge.
  • No cancellations are entertained by Goa Accommodation for the period of 22nd December to 2nd January.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 hours of checking in. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • Refund process could take between 03 - 30 working days to process, depending on the mode of payment, Bank and country of to which transfer has to be made.
  • Refund if any will be made after deducting any and all bank / credit card charges / fees.
  • You can cancel / amend your booking by contacting us via mail on customersupport@desouzaventures.com.

We stayed here in for new years this year. I must say that the apartment is exceptionally beautiful but more than the exteriors it is the service that impressed me.
